Microsoft Authenticator Setup

This only applies to EACS staff (not students)

On your mobile phone open the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Android) and install Microsoft Authenticator, It has the following icon,

Once installed open the app and select the “+” button at the top to add an account
Select “Work or school account"
Select “Sign in” (not QR code)
Enter your school email account and password
On the Verify your identity screen select “Text +XX XXXXXXX”
Enter your mobile number
You should receive a text with a code, enter the code.
This should take you to an “Account added” screen, press Continue

You are now setup for authentication.
